was setup on January 30, 1996 in Guernsey, Channel Islands by the erstwhile Unit
Trust of India. It has its registered and Head Office in Guernsey and is regulated
by the Guernsey Financial Services commission. The Company has branches in London,
Dubai. Apart from its office in the Middle-East, the company also has
2 subsidiaries viz. UTI Investment Management Company (Mauritius) Limited (100%
owned by UTI IL) and UTI International (Singapore) Private Limited (100% owned by
UTI IL).
