Imtaiyazur Rahman is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has more than 35 years of experience in management, business leadership, leading change and forming strategic alliances. He joined the UTI Group in 1998 as part of UTI Investor Technology Services Ltd. and joined UTI AMC Ltd. in 2003. He was also the CFO of the Company from 2005. In his role as Group President & Chief Finance Officer, he headed the functions of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Information Technology, Board related matters, Offshore funds, Alternate Investments and Portfolio Management Services.

He is a Science graduate, Fellow member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Certified Public Accountancy (USA) and GAMP from Indian School of Business & Kellogg School of Management. He has completed the Leadership programme - “Leading for Results” from INSEAD (France). He has been awarded ESG Competent Board’s Global Certification and Designation. He has also been conferred a Honorary doctorate degree, D.Litt, by the ITM University, Raipur.

Mr. Rahman is on the Board of UTI International (Singapore), UTI International Ltd. Guernsey, UTI Venture Funds Management Co. Pvt. Ltd., UTI Capital Ltd., UTI Retirement Solutions Ltd. and Indian Oiltanking Ltd.   He is a member of the CII National Committee on Financial Markets as well as the Banking & Finance Committee of IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He was on the Board of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMF) and is presently a permanent invitee to the AMFI Board Meetings.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Sumeet Machines Ltd, Leasing Finance India Ltd, Bells Controls Ltd, New India Rubber Works (P) Ltd. and S. Gupta & Co.

Surojit Saha is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from University of Calcutta, and M.Com degree from University of Calcutta. He has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He joined Erstwhile UTI on December 5, 1990 and was subsequently transferred to our Company with effect from January 15, 2003. Prior to joining Erstwhile UTI, he was associated with National Insurance Company Limited.

Amandeep Chopra is the Group President and Head of Fixed Income of our Company. He holds a B.Sc degree from University of Delhi and an MBA degree from University of Delhi. He joined Erstwhile UTI on June 27, 1994 and was subsequently transferred to our Company with effect from January 15, 2003. Prior to joining erstwhile UTI, he was associated with Aaina Exports Private Limited and Stenay Limited. 

Ajay Tyagi is Head of Equities at UTI Asset Management. He is a CFA Charter holder from The CFA Institute, USA and also holds a Masters degree in Finance from Delhi University. Ajay joined UTI in the year 2000 and has successfully carried out various roles and responsibilities across equity research, offshore funds as well as domestic onshore funds. He has won many awards and accolades for his performance both domestically and globally. Ajay presently manages our flagship equity scheme in India and is also the Investment Advisor to UTI International’s range of India dedicated offshore funds.

Vinay Lakhotia is the Head of Operations of our Company. He holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from University of Calcutta. He is a Rank holder Chartered Accountant and admitted as an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was also awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA institute in the year 2007. He joined Erstwhile UTI on July 15, 1999 and was subsequently transferred to our Company with effect from January 15, 2003. 

Siddamurthy Raghunath Reddy is Advisor - Information Technology & Digital Marketing. He joined UTI AMC Ltd. in the year 1990. He is a Science Graduate. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Information Security Manager and Governance of Enterprise IT from ISACA. He also holds Oracle Certified Professional certificate from Oracle. He has a total work experience of 35 Years.

Ms. Suruchi Wanare is the Executive Vice President and Compliance Officer of UTI Mutual fund.  She is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration in finance.  She has over 30 years of diverse experience in branch operations,  fund accounting, and Regulatory Compliances.

Vetri Subramaniam is the Chief Investment Officer of our Company. He holds a B.Com degree from University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He joined our Company with effect from January 23, 2017. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Invesco Asset Management Private Limited, Motilal Oswal Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Limited, SSKI Investor Service Private Limited and Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited.

Arvind Patkar is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our Company. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate laws, board processes, corporate governance, secretarial compliances and IPO in financial service industry. He had executed various roles in secretarial, audit (statutory, internal, CAG, PFRDA / NPS), fund accounting, dealing, operations – BCP, mPower implementation, NPS meetings regarding operations, marketing etc. at UTI Retirement Solutions Limited. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a B.Com and LLB degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. He joined the Company on April 02, 2008 and was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from December 16, 2019.

Peshotan Dastoor is the Group President & Head – Sales at UTI AMC. He holds double post-graduation qualification - Masters of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and Masters in Business Administration degree from Xavier's Institute of Management. He also holds the Calritas Investment Certificate from CFA Institute, USA. Mr. Dastoor joined UTI AMC on 6th May 2021 and has over 27 years of valuable experience in the financial services sector across banking and mutual funds. Before joining UTI AMC he spent 13 years at Franklin Templeton Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd. where he was Head – Sales since April 2014. Prior to that, he has spent 12 years in various positions across ING Bank N.V, ING Private Banking and also served as Head -Institutional Sales at ING Investment Management India Pvt. Ltd.

Indranil Choudhury is the Group Head - Human Resources of our Company. He holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from Utkal University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialisation in Human Resource Management from Northern University for Integrated Learning in Management. He joined our Company as President and Head Human Resources with effect from December 16, 2019. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited and Shoppers Stop Limited. 

Vivek Maheshwari is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of our Company. He holds a ​BCom degree from University of Lucknow. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and Financial risk manager certified by Global Association of Risk Professionals.  He has over 25 years of experience in diverse streams of functioning such as Accounts, Investments, Funds management, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management in various capacities. He has also worked as Compliance Officer from March 2013 to February 2022.

Sandeep Vivek Samsi is the Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing, Corporate Strategy & Communications and Head - Investor Relations of UTI Asset Management Company Ltd. He holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Zoology from University of Mumbai.He also holds a MMS degree from S.I.E.S College of Management Studies.He joined erstwhile UTI on June 1, 2001 and was subsequently transferred to our Company with effect from January 15, 2003. Prior to joining erstwhile UTI, he was associated with Kandla Flooring and Fabrics Private Limited.

Bhavna R. Tiwari is the Executive Vice President & Head of Human Resources. She joined UTI AMC in 1988.She has an overall work experience of 34 years in Human Resources function. She holds a Commerce degree from University of Mumbai and has completed her Post Graduation in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. She is a certified NLP Practitioner.
